Easter Sunday Brunch: April 21 
Featuring $22 Bottomless Mimosas

11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Our brunch menu is a Vietnamese take on American classics, served alongside $22 bottomless mimosas and a “mimosa bar.”  We feature items such as Tamarind French Toast, K10 Chicken & “Waffles,” and Crab Eggs Benedict. It’s also your opportunity to have bánh mì sandwiches, which we do not serve at dinner. Of course, in usual Không Tên fashion, our bánh mì are in no way traditional.

There will be NO prix fixe – brunch is served a la carte.  We will have brunch specials, to be announced.  And of course – $22 bottomless mimosas and craft mimosas will be available.

April Whiskey Wednesday: April 24 – Featuring High West Whiskies

Named 2016 Distiller of the Year by Whiskey Advocate, Park City’s High West Distillery produced award-winning American whiskies and other spirits in the Rocky Mountains of Utah since 2006. On Wednesday, April 24, join Justino C. Irving and Chef Kim Vu for a tasting of High West’s highly prized whiskeys. As always, the tasting is served along with a Không Tên three-course meal.

Seatings are at 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. Get your ticket today.

Yippee Ki-Yay: One day, just for fun, they put some rye whiskey into barrels originally used to age wine.

Bourye: A unique and premium blend of rich bourbon and rye whiskies, making for a premier sipping whiskey and one of High West’s all-time favorites.

Midwinter Night’s Dram: A limited release of High West Rendezvous Rye finished in French oak port barrels.

Rendezvous Rye: Rendezvous Rye is the flagship whiskey. It honors the way rye whiskey used to be made, with a high rye content and full, uncompromised flavor.

We do great events here at Không Tên, and we also hear from many of our guests that they would love to come, but that it’s sometimes difficult with children or families to get out for an evening. So, why not have a family brunch day?

On Sunday, April 28, we welcome you to a family party! Come in with your children or extended family for great music, delicious brunch, and of course, $22 bottomless mimosas and a “mimosa bar.”

Silent Pool Gin Cocktail Mixing Party: Saturday May 4th – 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Không Tên is thrilled to debut a new spirit: Silent Pool Gin. Silent Pool is a classic gin at heart, full-bodied and fresh with depth, clarity and flavor. In an extraordinary location on the Duke of Northumberland’s Albury Estate in England, the gin is made from the cool, clear spring water from the Silent Pool itself.

You’ll get to sample all three distillates that make up the gin, experience the herbs that go into the gin, and of course, you’ll sample the final product!

May Whiskey Wednesday: May 15 – Featuring Buffalo Trace

Within the past decade, Buffalo Trace has won more awards than any other distillery in the world, including an unmatched seven “Distillery of the Year” titles. Still American family-owned and located in Franklin County, Kentucky, the distillery’s rich history includes such legendary distillers as E.H. Taylor, Jr, George T. Stagg, Albert B. Blanton, Orville Schupp and Elmer T. Lee. The distillery sprawls impressively over 130 acres and is home to four centuries of architecture — all still fully operational. Join Bill Nolan and Chef Kim Vu for an exciting, progressive tasting through their portfolio.

Old Charter: This bourbon is aged for 10 years in oak barrels made from trees harvested in East Asia. An oak that takes root where many other trees cannot, Quercus mongolica is heralded for its ability to strengthen the earth beneath it, survive drought, and thrive in full sun. 

Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year: This wonderful bourbon is bottled as close to barrel proof as possible.

George T. Stagg: This extremely hearty whiskey ages in new charred oak barrels for no less than 15 years. Straight out of the barrel, uncut and unfiltered, the taste is powerful, flavorful and intense.
